Paleo proof: Chocolate Fudge cake


How about a recipe for a delicous, chewy, fudgy cake? I’ve made one and it is the best and it’s Paleo proof.. How about hashtag Winning!

This is what you’ll need:

120 ml of coconut oil
120 gram dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more)
3 eggs
30 gram cocoa powder
255 gram honey or agave syrup
a little dash of Keltic sea salt

Start by preheating your oven on 190 degrees celsius or 375 Fahrenheit. Butter a small cake thin (20 cm).

Now you’ll start by melting the coconut oil and the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a little pan, as you prefer. Mix this together with a fork.

Then I mixed in a seperate bowl the eggs, the cocoa powder, the honey and a little dash of salt. Now add your mixed chocolat and coconut oil to this and stir.

After you firmely stirred this, the batter should be solid and smooth. Pour the batter in the cake tin and pop it in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Now here is the difficult part: Trying not to eat the entire fudge at once.
